Ukraine War: Rescue workers locate a survivor under rubble after phone call for help

Rescue workers were alerted to a survivor under the rubble of a destroyed building in Kharkiv by a phone call for help.

Using a saw, shovels and their bare hands in the freezing cold – the emergency workers found and freed the man.
