Mitch McConnell appears to freeze again

Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) appeared unable to speak again while answering questions from reporters in Covington, Kentucky. In July, McConnell froze while taking questions from reporters on Capitol Hill, but later said he was “fine.”
